1. VALIA will do its best to ship all the products ordered, however, it is possible that, in certain cases and due to causes not controllable by “VALIA”, such as human errors or computer systems, it is not possible to make any of the products requested by the user available. If any product is not available after you have placed your order, you will be notified by email or by phone. At that time you will be presented with the possibility of cancelling the order with its refund, if you have already made the payment.
2. At the time of delivery/receipt of the goods, the Customer must immediately check the condition of the packaging.
3. It is assumed that the order was delivered to the Customer in good condition, unless the customer indicates at the time of receipt of the same any damage or incidence, in this case the customer should contact us through the contacts available on the page. “VALIA” will only accept claims for damages in the order, if it is provided with the original packaging of the order, so it will be essential that the Customer keep the packaging.
4. At the time of delivery, the Customer must check all the goods packed, the correspondence between the references of the purchased items and the references of the delivered items, the quantity and the status of the same. In case of detecting defects or damage to the items and/or if the items do not match your order, the Customer should identify the damage or defects and contact “VALIA” through Customer Service.

5. Return (Right of Resolution)

5.1 In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, in its updated wording, the Customer enjoys the right of free resolution, which may be exercised, without the need to indicate the reason, up to 14 (fourteen) days after the date of delivery of the articles, in which case the Customer accepts responsibility for the payment of all charges for the collection of the items between the delivery address to the facilities of “VALIA”, according to the shipping tariff at the date in force, available in: Deliveries. In this case, the Customer accepts and acknowledges that “VALIA” will refund the value of the items, deducting the amount of such collection transport charges, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from that date, nothing else being due to “VALIA”, in any way. The Customer, or his/her representative, must prove the status of the items at the time of delivery.
5.2. In order to exercise the right of resolution, you should contact us through the contact details available on the page.
5.3 Either Party may also resolve the contract for non-compliance with the obligations set forth in the General Terms and Conditions.
5.4. To exercise this right, the User must fill out the form “Return” (form at the bottom of the page), and must present all your identification data, the product you want to return and the date of purchase. The communication must be made, by registered letter, with the return of the purchased good, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the resolution. The goods must be returned under the proper conditions of use.
5.5. The packaging shall be returned complete, as delivered and accompanied by all documentation received, in particular the sales invoice and the document proving receipt of the product. The packaging and documents indicated must be sent to the following address:

5.6. Upon receipt of the product returned in “VALIA”, the amount corresponding to the amount paid for the order (value of the sales invoice) will be returned to the User.
5.7. The form of reimbursement of the amount to be returned depends on the means of payment used in the respective order. In the case of Paypal payments, they are credited to the respective accounts. In other cases, the refund is made by bank transfer to the indicated IBAN.
In the case of an ATM card, the refund is made up to 14 days after receipt of the free resolution and receipt of the return of the goods.
5.8 In the absence of any of the components of the item sold or, if any of them is not in excellent condition, there will be no refund of the price, and the product will be resent back to the initial shipping address.

6. Manufacturing defects

6.1. In the event of a “manufacturing defect”, the User, after the respective complaint, must return the product free of charge, together with a copy of the invoice and the completed “Exchange /Return Request” form (form at the bottom of the page) within a maximum of 30 days from the date of invoice to the following address:

6.2. In order for the product to be exchanged, it must be ensured that the packaging is complete, with all its accessories, and in perfect condition.
6.3. In the absence of any of the above elements, or if the product is not in perfect condition, there will be no exchange, and the product will be returned to the User.

7. Warranty

7.1. All products available in the Store are covered by the warranty under the law.
7.2 “VALIA” is responsible, in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law No. 67/2003 of 8 April in its current wording, for any non-conformity that occurs at the time of delivery of the product, and which is manifested within a period of 2 (two) years from the date of delivery, provided that it is communicated to “VALIA” within a maximum period of two (2) months, from the date on which the Customer has detected it.
7.3. Products that have defects caused by abnormal wear, negligence or accidents and poor handling by the Customer are considered outside the warranty conditions.

8. Complaints

8.1. The User may complain to “VALIA” of any acts and omissions that violate the legal provisions applicable to the acquisition of goods, and may do so through the contacts available on the website page or by post to be sent to the following address:
